Foi divulgado o trailer do game First Assault, o FPS tático que se passa no universo de Ghost in the Shell.
O jogo de tiro em terceira pessoa é desenvolvido pela Nexon, que fechou um contrato de exclusividade com a Kodansha para desenvolver três jogos baseados na franquia Ghost in the Shell. Depois de First Assault (Ghost in the Shell First Assault: Stand Alone Complex Online) estão já planejados Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG e Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society que a princípio devem ser lançados, respectivamente em 2017 e 2020.
